We are a small company. Do we really need this?
If your team uses email, laptops and Wi-Fi, you already have IT. The question is whether someone looks after it before something breaks. We work with companies from about ten people upwards, and the first IT check tells you honestly whether you need more than a few one-off fixes.
What happens when something breaks?
Your team contacts our helpdesk by phone, email or chat. Most problems are solved remotely the same business day. If hardware fails, we arrange a replacement and come on site when needed. You never have to find a technician yourself.
Can you take over our existing setup?
Yes. We start with what you have, document it, and only change what is risky or costing you money. Moving to a new email provider or replacing hardware is planned with you, never forced.
Microsoft or Google?
Both. We set up and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and recommend one based on how your team actually works and what your clients expect. We are not tied to either vendor.
How do you handle GDPR?
Email, files and backups stay in EU data centres. We sign a data processing agreement with you, set up access rights and offboarding properly and document it, so you have a clear answer when a client or auditor asks.
Who owns our accounts and data?
You do. Domains, licences, accounts and documentation are registered in your company's name from day one. If you ever leave, you keep everything and we hand over the admin access.
